Guelph, ON – Ontario is well known for producing high quality flowers! What inspires you to buy flowers?

PickOntario, a marketing initiative funded by Flowers Canada (Ontario) Inc. launches “Express It With Flowers”, a consumer awareness promotion running from April 21 to May 11, 2014. Customers will be given the opportunity to win a beautiful Ontario grown bouquets of flowers or potted plant by entering to win on Facebook or on radio with 91.5 The Beat, Waterloo.

Some great reasons to “Express It With Flowers”:

  • Is there someone in your life that you want to show appreciation to because they are always there for you?
  • How about the colleague who is always willing to pitch in and help; always going the extra mile for the team?
  • What about saying thank you through flowers to the caring volunteers who offer up their time – quietly making an impact on the lives of others?
  • Or how about just brightening someone’s day – because you can!

For 20 days, pickOntario will post a new reason to give flowers on www.pickOntario.ca. Contestants can enter to win by submitting their related story and photo on how they “Express It With Flowers” on Facebook. pickOntario will pick a great story each day and the lucky winner will not only get a chance to receive/give beautiful flowers and plants valued at $50, but they will also be given the opportunity to share their story on the value of giving flowers. This contest is open to all Ontario residents.

Listen to Kathy Wall on 91.5 The Beat ‘9 at Noon’ for a chance to win a $50 gift certificate donated by Hearts and Flowers Floral Shop or Cameron’s Flower Shop. ‘9 at Noon’ is on air Monday to Friday between 10am and 2pm until May 11, 2014 and is open to all Ontario residents.
